Had my annual emo day yesterday. Felt like complete crap the whole night and what made it worse was not having a single emo song on my iPod.

Woke up today thinking I’d have Emo Day: Part 2. Then I got dressed for work and noticed my pants went up all the way without a fuss and actually buttoned and zipped no problem.

Emo Day continuation is cancelled.

I tell myself all the first two when I’m too lazy to workout for no reason. And I already used my last restart when I began working out again 3 weeks.

So I weigh myself every Monday. Last week my weight stayed the same. This week I’ve lost about a pound. At first I was all bhdafjw#! but then I remembered, duh Julie, you do a lot strength training too. So I took a closer look at myself. Yep, those are the beginnings of muscle on my arms and legs. I need to incorporate more cardio, though… I’m gonna dust off my ps2 and start playing DDR again. :D

I got dressed for work last night in a frenzy as I always do. I had to pause though after putting my shirt on. At first I didn’t think it was mine, then I looked down and saw the Modells logo. It was mine. And it fit loose. Just a month ago it was tight as hell.
